We have a problem...

I took time for myself today, and watched Tom Hanks in Apollo 13. The ending found me in tears and a heart aching for the AMERICA that I once knew as a child.

“Houston, we’ve had a problem” were the words sent from Apollo 13, that launched for the moon April 11, 1970. An oxygen tank exploded, damaging the craft.

 America and the world prayed.  No one found it offensive or did not dare to raise a voice objecting.
Together it seems time stopped, and millions waited.   I cried today not only for the ending of a great movie that touched me with pride, nostalgia and patriotism...but I cried "for" a nation, I once knew.

Yes, God has blessed America over the past 200+ years. 
​

George Washington - Washington, July 18, 1755:
“But by the All-Powerful Dispensations of Providence, I have been protected beyond all human probability or expectation;
for I had four bullets through my coat, and two horses shot under me, yet escaped unhurt, although death was leveling my companions on every side of me!”

​But it is clear to see that His hand of protection has moved away.  
It seems America does not want God. 

• Does America feel it can write it's own course?  
• ​Schools have erased great feats and stories of praying leaders.
• Our current leaders desire to follow the money, instead of a God who blessed a nation. 

We have a generation of youth who know nothing of our Godly leaders.  
​Why?  
No God, no morals, values and everything is acceptable.
​Then a once great nation, will be destroyed. 
​

It is time for parents to expose the truths about American history related to Christian faith
and God's activity in American history when Christians pray and obey the Lord.
