                                   slow down...

                               Take "10" minutes to read our posts.
Don't let the world mold you...
be the woman GOD desires you to be!

Feeling unloved?

Who do you see when you look into the mirror?
Are you satisfied with who you see?
Feel unloved?   Feel alone?
Feel as if no one cares?

How we see ourselves is so vital to our inner joy and peace in life.
At times we  may feel awkward and insecure and it can be very painful.

In this life, it is SO important that we know "WHO" we are -
we are someone who IS loved!

If I could plant a seed in your heart today,
it would be a seed that would blossom within you with the everlasting fragrance of love, worth and the knowledge
that you are precious to GOD!

It is a seed that God desires for you to plant in your heart and treasure.
He wants you to understand that HE loves you more than
anyone in this earthly life could.

I pray that you will continue reading this post,
and finish with a confident understanding that GOD loves
you for who you are.
To Him, each one of us is a perfect "10."

It matters not what those around you or the world will
say to you or about you.
In this life, all that matters is who we are in HIS eyes.

We are a fragrant rose, blossoming and growing in and
through His love!
THAT is the only image that matters.
THAT is the person we see looking back at us in the mirror.

We are loved!

 Psalm 139:13-15

O Lord, You have searched me and known me.
 You know my sitting down and my rising up;
You understand my thought afar off.
 You comprehend my path and my lying down,
And are acquainted with all my ways.
 For there is not a word on my tongue,
But behold, O Lord, You know it altogether.
 You have hedged me behind and before,
And laid Your hand upon me.
 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;
It is high, I cannot attain it.
 Where can I go from Your Spirit?
Or where can I flee from Your presence?
 If I ascend into heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.
 If I take the wings of the morning,
And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,
 Even there Your hand shall lead me,
And Your right hand shall hold me.
 If I say, “Surely the darkness shall fall on me,”
Even the night shall be light about me;
 Indeed, the darkness shall not hide from You,
But the night shines as the day;
The darkness and the light are both alike to You.
 For You formed my inward parts;
You covered me in my mother’s womb.
 I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well.
 My frame was not hidden from You,
When I was made in secret, (in my mother's womb)
And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
 Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.
And in Your book they all were written,
The days fashioned for me,
When as yet there were none of them.
 How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God!
How great is the sum of them!
 If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand;
When I awake, I am still with You.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The words of Psalm 139 allow us to understand how God loves us and is
always there for us.
He knew us as we were being formed in the womb and He knows us at this moment.
Know this:
You are loved.
You are precious.
God knows your joy and your hurt.
God will never leave you.
God thinks you are wonderful!
How do you think life could be different for you if you chose to believe
these words  from God about you?
You are not expected or called to be a super young woman, a perfect athlete, a perfect person, a genius or Miss Popularity.
You are called to belong to Jesus and know in your heart
He loves you!
Ask God to help you see yourself the way He does, and to be content in knowing that you belong to Him.
Pray that in knowing His love for you, you will find
confidence and
 humility, not wishing to be recognized,
but instead desire to glorify and honor God in all you say,
think and do.
