Your cell phone & your heart!

There is something "invisible" that may affect your heart health. 
​There is something that "you need" for your heart health.  

​
If there is any "1" thing that I have learned about heart health - it is that there is "1" thing that is extremely important.  In fact, it can be the "1" thing that can save someone from an instantaneous deadly heart attack.   It is magnesium.   ​It could be the answer for an out of control arrhythmia or erratic heartbeat. 

There are many things that may cause your arrhythmia or affect heart health.
  • All that heavy endurance/over exercise  and low magnesium level, can cause additional stress on the heart and cause an arrhythmia.*
  • Exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF), can also increase your risk of AFib  (computers, WI-FI, cell phones, etc)*  See list HERE. 
  • You should sleep in an EMF-free environment, especially if you have AFib. The simplest way to do that is to shut down the electricity to your bedroom, assuming your bedroom isn't surrounded by other rooms adjacent to it, in which case you would need to actually measure the electric fields.*​
  • Turn off your computer and cell phone (or keep it far away from you).  Do not carry your phone in your bra, pocket or close to your body.

Going back as far as 1990 the Journal of the American Medical Association reported that well over half of hospitalized patients were seriously low in magnesium.  Unfortunately, the reporting of these findings were not done by the physicians in the hospital but by respected scientists and researchers doing the study. **

The sad truth of it all is over 90% of these physicians never ordered any magnesium test!
Here is a fact that everyone MUST remember.   Do not accept that your magnesium levels are normal if your doctor has ordered the inferior "serum" magnesium test.

Here is the kicker!

If your serum magnesium levels are shown to be high your doctor may assume everything is fine and lead you to believe there is nothing to worry about.   This is 100% incorrect and could be deadly!

Why you may ask?

Because as the magnesium inside the heart cell goes down, the body tries to compensate. So the serum magnesium actually goes up!The serum magnesium can actually be high or even too high, when at that same time your RBC magnesium (inside the heart cells) is so low you could have an instantaneous fatal heart attack.   Ask for an RBC magnesium test to be done.

So #1 thing you need... and #1 thing to avoid...

Magnesium for a healthy heart. 
          You need to know your magnesium level. 
It’s rather difficult to overdose on magnesium, though, as it has a laxative effect. If you take more than your body needs, it’ll just come out the other end.

 You need to avoid / decrease exposure to EMF's which may affect heart & more...
Listen to this on CELL PHONE usage and radiation exposure and cancer.

  • There are ways to reduce exposure to cell phone radiation.  Hold it away from the body, use ear buds or a bluetooth,   keep it out of the bedroom.   Keep your computer off at night and keep it in a room other than your bedroom. 
  • Excessive free radicals triggered by low-frequency microwave exposure from cellphones and Wi-Fi networks have been linked to chronic diseases such as cardiac arrhythmias, anxiety, depression, autism, Alzheimer’s and infertility  *
  • Be sure your magnesium level is optimal
  • Your heart is sensitive to EMFs, particularly the pacemaker cells of your heart
