People who slept at least nine hours every night were the one's who looked and felt their best after a good nights sleep. Get in bed by 10pm if you need to be up by 7am.
As far as health and beauty is concerned, it is WELL worth it to invest in a good mattress and to sleep in a quiet environment. Poor sleep not only causes fatigue and diminished alertness, but also circles under the eyes and more wrinkles!
