OK, OK, so it is here... the dreaded virus that is spreading and everyone is trying NOT to panic.

Calm down, take a deep breath and THINK.
Is it any different than the flu?


When the latest virus started getting out of hand, friends began calling me. 

"What do I take to kill the germs?  What do I do to boost my immune system?  What are YOU taking?"

They want a list of things to have on hand to ward off the germs.
They wanted to know what to begin doing to stay well.

  • Is it as simple as running out and buying a "remedy?"
  • Is there a "sure thing" that will protect you from the germs?
  • Should you just hibernate away from everyone?

Everyone needs to look at THEMSELVES...
     what is YOUR physical state.

Are you relatively healthy?
Are you overweight?
Are you diabetic?
Do you have heart issues? Lung issues?

Sure, those with ailments/other diagnosis need to be following a doctor's direction for their particular healthcare.

But many like myself, who are healthy and try to achieve good health through daily diet, movement (not exercise) and supplements...can do things to ward off virus and infection.
