I don't understand. Why me?
I begin each day with a daily routine that hardly changes from day to day. I try to do my best at all I do. I love God. I love my friends and neighbors.
I try to be fair to all. I volunteer in my community.
I am not rich, just average. I am not asking God for much. I just want to feel good!
Life is not always fair and it always seems as if bad things happen to those who are trying to do their best. But this body we wear is not perfect.
As we grow older, we feel the abuse we have done to our body in years prior. Poor diet, injuries, neglect and lack of exercise. So now what?
We can be our own best friend. How you ask?
By honestly looking at ourselves.
Am I overweight?
What do I eat on a daily basis?
Am I drinking plenty of water?
How much "live" (uncooked) fruits and vegetables do I eat daily?
How many times a week do I eat out?
Am I deficient in a vitamin or mineral?
Poor diet can cause a variety of problems from diabetes to chronic pain.
You must ask yourself these questions if you wish to begin to take a
step toward wellness.
Is my basic lab work normal? (especially vitamin D and B's)
IS my thyroid normal? (get TSH, T3, T4, Antibodies checked)
Are my iron counts normal? Check Iron and Ferritin levels.
