What is your pain level today on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the worst possible pain you can stand?
This is a question that I asked patients as I began to take their vitals. Very few responded with "0." We all know that pain is one of the most common ailments people complain of, yet medical science has yet to offer a non-toxic pain killer that is suitable for use long-term. After a head-on collision, my husband and I suffered from MANY months of pain. For me, it was over 4 years.
