It took over 4 years for me to be free of the many ailments that plagued me after a head-on collision. But today at 61 years old, I am blessed with a healthy frame of mind, take no medications, I stay active and have no plans on slowing down, Lord willing. Sure I have a few "bad" days, but I take a deep breath, look for His strength within and get back on track. So let's talk about STRESS...

In this first post on Becoming A Healthy Woman, I have prepared a general outline for you to use to begin to lower your stress level and initiate a lifestyle change to reduce stress throughout your day.
We must reduce our stress level, target what we are eating, and make time for exercise or "movement" as I will call it. Let's get stress under control.
